科索沃終於獨立，陳水扁自然要抽水一下，不過中央最重要做嘅係，安理會上千祈唔好投棄權票，要同普京一齊反對。
唔好信民族自決係普世價值，甚至唔係西方價值，如果巴斯克冇人搞獨立，西班牙會承認科索沃，如果貝利雅未解決北愛問題，英國會唔會承認？
